Course and session emails follow their assigned brand
Booking confirmations, guest invitations, waitlist updates, class reminders, cancellation and restore notices, roster messages, and course enrollment updates now use the brand assigned to the booking, session, or linked course. The same sender selection applies to immediate messages and background delivery.
# Course and session emails follow their assigned brand Booking confirmations, guest invitations, waitlist updates, class reminders, cancellation and restore notices, roster messages, and course enrollment updates now use the brand assigned to the booking, session, or linked course. The same sender selection applies to immediate messages and background delivery. An explicit booking brand takes priority. Otherwise the session's brand wins, followed by its linked workshop or course, then its class type. A course message uses the course's own assigned brand. The configured sender still needs a verified email domain; existing verified senders stay verified during repeat domain checks. Existing channel choices, notification settings, consent, and delivery deduplication continue to determine whether a message is sent. An unavailable or conflicting brand assignment stops that delivery for investigation. This change does not rewrite payment identities or resend historical messages.
Credit notes respect the issued invoice balance
Client credit notes now use the issued invoice's amount and tax, including its discount, and refuse a credit larger than the balance remaining to credit.
